Delivery times across the UAE
Because all orders ship from Dubai, delivery is fastest within the city and scales with distance across the emirates:

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order is confirmed. They may be affected by stock availability, order volume, weather, or public holidays.
Shipping fees
- Standard delivery: AED 30 across the UAE.
- Free delivery: on all orders over AED 350 (standard delivery).
- Dubai 3-hour express: adds AED 10 on top of standard delivery.
- Cash on Delivery: no extra charge.
Please note: free delivery applies to the standard service. If you choose the 3-hour Dubai express upgrade, the AED 10 express fee still applies even when your order qualifies for free standard delivery.

For customers inside Dubai, our express service delivers your order within 3 hours for an extra AED 10. Choose express at checkout, or message us on WhatsApp to arrange it. Express timing depends on the order being placed during our delivery hours and the items being in stock.
Delivery days and hours
We deliver seven days a week, including Fridays. Our delivery hours are [OPERATING HOURS — e.g. 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM]. To qualify for same-day or 3-hour express delivery in Dubai, place your order within these hours; orders received after hours are processed and delivered the next day.
Payment options
You can pay whichever way suits you. We accept secure online card payment at checkout, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE at no extra charge. For COD, please have the exact amount ready for our delivery driver where possible.
Order updates and tracking
Once your order is placed, the fastest way to check its status or arrange a delivery time is via WhatsApp. Message us on +971 56 389 8101 with your order details and our team will update you directly.

If you miss your delivery
If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address, our driver will attempt to reach you by phone or WhatsApp to reschedule. To avoid delays, please make sure your contact number and address are accurate at checkout, and stay reachable around your expected delivery window.
