Novo vs Nord vs RPM
Three parallel families, and the names have blurred over the years. The simplest way to think about it:

The spares maze — read this before you buy
This is the single most important section on the page, and it is the reason SMOK frustrates people who otherwise like their device.
We stock 30 separate SMOK coil and pod lines. For comparison, Vaporesso XROS uses two. The families do not interchange, and neither do generations within them.

The one useful exception: the Nord 50W accepts RPM, Nord and LP2 pods. That is unusual for SMOK and worth knowing if you own one — it is the most flexible device in the range.
Practical advice: when you buy a SMOK, photograph the box. In three weeks you will need the exact model name and generation, and “it’s a black SMOK” will not get you the right pod. Or just use our coil and pod finder — type the model and it shows what fits.

More capacity, more power, and a replaceable coil inside the pod — which makes it cheaper to run than Novo over time, because you swap a AED 45 coil rather than a AED 45 pod.

RPM — the pod mods
Adjustable wattage, larger pods, and enough power to run sub-ohm if you want clouds.
- RPM C / RPM 4 — AED 120, 60W, the practical choices
- RPM 5 — AED 140, 80W
- RPM 85 / RPM 100 — AED 150, 85–100W. The RPM 100 takes a removable 18650 battery, so you can swap instead of waiting to recharge.

Real running costs in AED
- Device: AED 89 (Novo 2) to AED 150 (Nord 5, RPM 100). Most sit at AED 100–130.

Nord and RPM are cheaper to run than Novo. Both take a replaceable coil inside a reusable pod, so a AED 50 five-pack of coils covers months. Novo pods are sealed, so every change costs a full pod. Over a year that difference is real.
